A recruitment agency needed a CRM to manage jobs, applicants, companies, and communication history in one place. The sales and career-advisor teams also needed surrounding tasks to be less fragmented.

Built a CRM for centralizing jobs, applicants, companies, and activity history. Also added resume generation, LINE integration, Gmail API-based applicant import, and scout-sending RPA.
