Internal Mini-CEO AI Agent
An internal-only chatbot designed to spread management policy and the CEO's thinking across the company. It also streamlines inquiries to executive officers and reduces onboarding load for new employees.
Challenge
The CEO's messages and management policies were scattered across social media and internal documents, making it hard to grasp the latest company direction. The layered structure typical of large organizations meant that questions from the field took time to reach management, creating communication inefficiencies. Onboarding new employees also required significant effort, and there was no easy way to check management policy or company status, leaving gaps in organization-wide transparency.
Solution
We integrated public information and internal data into a dedicated knowledge base. By connecting LLMs such as ChatGPT and introducing RAG, we built a system that always references the latest, accurate information. A continuous data update pipeline keeps internal information current while balancing answer accuracy and response speed.
Result
Employee satisfaction in the internal survey rose 15% after the chatbot launch, and mentoring costs for new hires were reduced by 17%.
