Manual candidate selection and scout message sending was extremely time-consuming. Variation in scout quality between recruiters and resource allocation for requirements sharing were major challenges.
Solution
Built a SaaS that brings candidate collection, requirement matching, and scout template selection into one workflow. Each project can keep its own assessment criteria, reducing judgment differences between recruiters.
