Challenge

Manual candidate selection and scout message sending was extremely time-consuming. Variation in scout quality between recruiters and resource allocation for requirements sharing were major challenges.

Solution

Developed an AI SaaS combining scraping and LLM for scout workflow optimization. Built high-accuracy assessment logic from simple text input of search criteria and message templates, eliminating dependency on individual skill and improving efficiency.
