Overseas SNS Translation & Publishing Workflow
A workflow app for turning Japanese Client posts into localized Instagram/Facebook posts with review and approval before publishing.
Challenge
Turning domestic Japanese social posts into overseas posts required translation, wording checks, approvals, and publishing prep for each country account. The workflow also had to reduce the risk of added claims, support six locales including RTL Arabic for the UAE, and cover Instagram/Facebook publishing.
Solution
Built a web app on Next.js 15, Supabase, and Cloudflare for registering Japanese copy and images, preparing six localized versions, checking glossary/NG rules, handling native review, final Client approval, and scheduling posts. Organized the UI around three daily steps: create posts, approve translations, and review publishing status. Publishing can run through Meta Graph API or Buffer API.
Result
Prepared an MVP where overseas SNS preparation, review, scheduling, and publishing status can be handled in one place. Included country time zones, RTL editing for Arabic, image upload, manual recovery for failed publishing jobs, and audit logs.

Technical Highlights
Human Approval Before Publishing
The app keeps translation assistance separate from the final publishing decision. Reviewers can edit, approve, or send posts back before scheduling.
Locale-Specific Operations
Country settings cover locale, time zone, SNS account, review policy, glossary, NG rules, and RTL text handling without branching the product into separate tools.
Publishing Flow That Can Recover
Publish jobs, provider IDs, polling status, and manual recovery notes are stored so failed Instagram/Facebook posts can be retried or handled by an operator.
