Challenge
Structural limitations from over-prioritizing in-house contracted jobs and dependency on shared platforms prevented optimal proposals to candidates. The "candidate-based reverse approach" with high closing and retention rates required enormous time for list creation, company research, and sales, making it impractical.
Solution
Developed a comprehensive job search + candidate-driven reverse proposal appointment tool combining NLP and proprietary scoring algorithms. Cross-searched public job listings on the web to match optimal companies for candidates. Auto-collected recruiter contacts and enabled customized email sending with one click.
