A workflow tool that helps find companies suited to each candidate and prepare proposal outreach.
Challenge
Over-prioritizing contracted jobs and relying on shared platforms made it difficult to propose the right companies for each candidate. A candidate-driven outreach approach was promising, but list building, company research, and sales preparation took too much time.
Solution
Built an appointment-support tool that connects public job collection, candidate matching, company list creation, contact lookup, and proposal email preparation. Sales members can review recommended companies for each candidate before sending.
Result
Released an MVP in 3 months and prepared it for validation with real cases
